Use of this website assumes that you fully accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. These Terms & Conditions also state that by enter the chat room, signing the petition, leaving a comment, signing up, or otherwise navigating through this site (who's domain is pointed at RadioChickChat.com [herein referred to as "RCC"]), you are certifying you have read and understand our Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you are agreeing to the contents and conditions listed in each.

1. Valid Information.

All users who choose to register their account or sign the petition shall provide accurate information about their identity.

2. Security

(a) Each user is personally responsible for maintaining the security of his or her account. A user should not share his or her account information and is responsible for keeping his or her password confidential. RCC is not liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.

(b) Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into this website is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.

3. Chat Room

Any user participating in the Live Chat (referred to as a "chatter") must act in accordance with the RadioChickChat Code of Conduct. According to this code, all chatters: (i) must not harass, attack, or otherwise disparage fellow chatters, either publicly or privately. (ii) must not disclose personally identifiable information about other chatters. This includes name, address, email address, or other personally identifiable information not explicitly mentioned here. (iii) must not engage in discussions containing sexual content with other chatters known to be, or identified as minors. (iv) must not "spam" or otherwise advertise any other site, service, or product, either for private, personal, or commercial use or purposes. (iv) All chatters must communicate in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result, at the sole discretion of RCC, in temporary or permanent suspension from the chat room and/or this website.

4. Petition

RCC may, at its discretion, deliver the contents of the Petition to a Media outlet that RCC deems may be beneficial to bringing a return to the Radio Chick Show. For example, RCC may deliver the contents of the Petition to Sirius Satellite Radio if, at our discretion, we believe it will help bring a return to the RadioChick Show.

5. Comments

Any comment left in the Comments section of this website will be visible to the world, and private or personal information should not be posted in this part of the website. Users should not disclose personally identifiable information about other users or people. All comments left in this area of the site are the property of RadioChickChat.com.

6. Advertisements

While visitors are encouraged to visit the websites of our advertisers, partners, and/or affiliates, RCC is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of those websites, or for services or products associated with our our advertisers' websites. We make an effort to screen our partners to ensure the best possible experience for our users. However, we are not responsible for any ensuing charges or contracts incurred between a user and an external website and/or offer. Users should carefully read the requirements, terms and conditions, and billing information for each advertiser. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an affiliate, users should directly contact the offer provider in question.

7. Miscellaneous

RCC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block any user or IP address from accessing this site, for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause. Any violation of the Terms of Service may result in an automatic termination or temporary or permanent block of said user.
